Agen Imigrasi Canada

AGREEMENT

The applicant agrees to pay to the consultant the following fees :

A second and final payment of One Thousand Five Hundred American Dollars ($1,500 US) upon completing a successful interview with an Immigration Officer or if he is accepted without an interview.
The above-mentioned fees do not include those required by the immigration authorities, the designated medical practitioner (for required medical examination) and the translators.

The applicant will receive a permanent resident visa upon completing the immigration process. Should the applicant not succeed in obtaining a permanent residence visa, the consultant agrees to refund the professional fees paid by the applicant. However, the consultant will not refund the applicant should the latter fail to obtain permanent residence status due to the following reasons:

• medical inadmissibility;
• criminal background or national security;
• false declaration or document;
• disregarding consultant’s instructions;
• cancellation of application;
• advise immigration authorities not to use consultant’s as representative;
• change of marital status during immigration process, without prior notice to the consultant, resulting in a refusal.

If the applicant’s civil status changes during the procedure, additional fees of One Thousand American dollars ($1,000 US) will be required to add his spouse to the file, and Two Hundred and Fifty American dollars ($250 US) for a newborn.

The laws of Canada and of the Province of Quebec shall govern this agreement. The parties hereto agree that they have specifically requested that this agreement be drafted in the English language.

THE IMMIGRATION PROCEDURE
All applicants are assessed according to a selection system based on education, experience, occupational demand, age, knowledge of English and personal suitability. After reviewing the candidate's application, an immigration officer will decide if an interview is necessary.

The purpose of the interview is to determine candidates' personal suitability for immigration to Canada, as well as their occupational expertise and professional qualifications. The immigration officer may ask questions related to work experience, education, etc. Questions are intended to evaluate a candidate's ability to settle successfully in Canada.

All candidates and their dependents must pass a medical examination to ensure they are in good health. A security check will also be performed to ensure candidates do not have a criminal record. The entire procedure can take between 12 and 18 months, depending on which immigration office processes the file.

When the candidate is married, either the candidate or his/her spouse may apply as the principal applicant. All unmarried children 19 years of age and under are accepted with their parents.

Children over the age of 22 can be included in the application only if they are unmarried and have been continuously enrolled and in attendance as full-time students in an educational institution and financially supported by their parents since turning 22. Also, they can be included if they are unable to support themselves due to a medical condition and are financially supported by their parents. (Note: Some disabilities may result in refusal for medical reasons.)

OUR PROCEDURE
The candidate must first send us the preliminary assessment form. This is a free service.

A candidate who qualifies and agrees to pay our professional fees receives a contract. He signs it, keep one copy and return one to us, along with the first payment.

As soon as we receive the signed contract and first payment, we send documentation to the candidate so he may begin the procedure (application forms, list of required documents, instructions, etc).

The candidate prepares his file according to our instructions, and returns it to us.

We inform the candidate upon receipt of the file at our office. Then, we review the application forms and the papers to ensure that nothing is missing. If information or documents are required to complete the file, we communicate with the candidate and request the missing elements.

If the file is complete we send it to the proper immigration office by special courier. A copy of the forms is then sent to the candidate for reference purposes.

We follow up on the file until the interview takes place. A few weeks prior to the interview, we train the candidate over the telephone. We explain the questions generally asked by the immigration officers during the interview.

After the interview is successfully completed, we follow up on the file until the permanent resident visa is issued.

Before the candidate arrives, we provide information about living in Canada.

LAW OFFICES OF
COLIN R. SINGER
BARRISTER & SOLICITOR
PRACTICE RESTRICTED TO CANADIAN IMMIGRATION AND EMPLOYMENT LAW
CHATEAU MAISONNEUVE. SUITE 510. 4999 STE CATHERINE ST. W. MONTREAL, CANADA H3Z 1T3
TEL.: (514) 487-2011. FAX: (514) 487-2385. E-mail: csinger@immigration.ca
Web: www.immigration.ca

The purpose of this letter is to confirm our engagement as counsel and to provide you with information concerning the terms of our relationship. Although we do not wish to be overly formal with you, we have found it to be a helpful practice to confirm with our clients, the nature and terms of our relationship. Our mandate begins upon your signing the contract provided herein and the forwarding of same to us along with the first portion of our counsel fees.
Following our review of your credentials, we believe that you are likely to qualify for Canadian permanent residence under the Federal Economic Class governing the selection of skilled workers to Canada. (The Federal Economic Class includes the Canada experience class, the federal skilled worker class, the provincial nominee PNP class and the Quebec skilled worker class. We will confirm to you which program is most suitable with your qualifications, at the early stages of our mandate).
As advised, our fees to represent you shall be established in the amount of US $2195. Payment shall be made in 18 intervals, with $395 plus the first two instalments of $100 + $100 for a total first payment of $595 to be paid upon the signing and forwarding to us of the attached agreement; followed by 16 individual equal monthly payments of $100 each, charged to your credit card account, commencing 30 days following the signing of this agreement.
In the event however that the application proceeds to interview waiver or is favourably approved by the visa office following a selection interview, or if any of the monthly instalment payments are past due, then you would agree to accelerate the payment schedule outlined above by remitting the full amount of our counsel fees to be charged under this agreement.

Please also note that securing an approved offer of employment to work in Canada, although not required, will significantly enhance your qualifications for permanent residence and, can enable you to relocate to Canada along with your family, under a temporary work and residence visa. In such instance your application for permanent residence will be processed in a much shorter period of time than would otherwise take place without an approved offer of employment or without working in Canada.

As we outlined in our previous communication, persons engaging our services for permanent residence will also receive our assistance under a best efforts’ basis, at no additional cost, a passive, match-based employment search and placement assistance to identify and locate employment prospects and introductions to potential hiring(s) in Canada through an independently owned entity, Global Recruiters Network of Montreal (www.grnmontreal.com). Through the assistance of GRN, we will promote your credentials with the objective of identifying a hiring employer in your occupation in Canada seeking your skills and experience and that is qualified to sponsor a foreign national. The employment search process will begin after your application has been approved by the immigration authorities and run parallel / concurrent with the processing of your application for permanent residence. If we are successful, it may be possible for you to begin working in Canada even before the application for permanent residence is finalized.

During our mandate, our clients who receive an offer of employment from a qualified sponsoring employer can engage our additional services to apply for a Labour Market Opinion (LMO) followed by a work visa. Alternatively, if our clients elect, we can apply for an Arranged Employment confirmation from the immigration authorities. This latter confirmation from the immigration authorities provides additional points and expedited processing of the permanent residence application. For either of these additional immigration services selected by the client, we would charge an additional fixed counsel fee of US $2,500, payable in two equal instalments.

Kindly find attached herewith a summary of our firm's standard terms of engagement. Should the terms described therein meet with your approval, please sign the agreement in duplicate and return a copy to us by fax transmission or a scanned version by Email along with your initial remittance.

Our fees may be remitted by Bank Draft, Money Order or a Personal Cheque (drawn on an account in Canada or the United States) payable to the order of "COLIN R. SINGER, ATTORNEY IN TRUST"; Direct Wire Transfer; Western Union payment transfer or Credit Card payment (VISA/MASTERCARD).

If you prefer to implement a direct wire transfer we would be pleased to provide you with our banking co-ordinates, upon request. If you intend to remit our fees by VISA or MASTERCARD kindly include the following information on the first page of the contract: Type of credit card; Name of issuing bank; Name of card holder; Card number; Card expiry date.
Our mandate will be formalised upon our receiving by fax transmission or a scanned version by Email of the signed agreement, along with your remittance covering the first portion of our counsel fees.

Upon receipt of your first payment, we will immediately forward to you copies of application forms, authorisation statements, a detailed list of required documentation and further instructions.
You would complete the various application forms in draft format and forward them to us for our review and preparation.
We will then prepare and complete your application within approximately two weeks following receipt of all of the required documentation and provide you with instructions to purchase the government processing fees and related requirements. We will then file your application and keep you fully apprised of all developments in your case.
Subject to the terms of our contract referenced below regarding processing delays, within approximately 1-3 months following the filing of your case, we expect to receive a confirmation of application receipt and a file number.

Thus to summarise, here is how you may proceed to retain our services:
1. Print the attached contract, sign the last page and fax or scan/Email the complete contract with your signature on the last page, to our offices. (Our fax facilities comprise of a secured, dedicated fax line, accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week).
2. Forward to us, your remittance covering only the first portion of our counsel fees. We do not at this time require the government processing fees.
3. Once we receive these two items we will provide you with special access to our web site, our initiating documentation along with our signature to the contract.
We take pride in inviting you to contact our Law Society in Montreal to satisfy any concerns that you may have regarding the professional credentials of the undersigned. Our law society has agreed to provide you with a verbal or even a written confirmation of my membership. Our law Society in Montreal may be reached by dialling (514) 954-3413. My membership # is 188038-1.
You may also receive a confirmation of my standing as an Authorized Representative before the Canadian authorities on the Internet: http://www.immigration.ca/profile-authorized.asp.
As well, please feel free to contact any of the numerous references which you may obtain from the following location:

Lastly we wish to emphasise that certain documents like IELTS results, police certificates, employment certificates, passports are not required at the very early stages. Kindly proceed to formalise our mandate in the manner described in order that we may thereafter share with you our operating procedures.
We trust that the foregoing will meet with your approval and look forward to representing you in the near future. Mendingan jangan gan. Di Quebec banyak orang Nigeria. Terkenal sindikat FRAUD di Canada. Yang contract pertama kayanya penipu banget tuh.

Apply PR tuh engga susah kok.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/DEPARTMENT/media/notices/notice-fraud.asp

baca deh.

LAW OFFICES OF
COLIN R. SINGER

Friend of mine applied Canada Immigration through this person. In the begining everything was perfect. Communication wise, document wise, money wise perfect, but slowly communication starts getting so bad so bad that you hardly will hear from them for a month and months. That is once you pay all the fees. Once they are done with money they are done with you. If you call them and look for the person that you are communicating with.....trust me you hardly will get that person on the phone or you hardly will get respond by email. Always leave a message or that person is not there or on vacation. They have so many reasons to say well well well!!! So guys....do not apply through this guy COLIN R. SINGER if you don't want to get into what my friend is going through. Now he is so frusted that he hardly have any option but to keep calling so that he can make it through!

Pokoknya satu pegangan. Kalo kedengeran nya terlalu baik, PASTI TIPU ! ! !

Hati-hati

terimakasih

engga kok, masi tetep $400,000. tapi mesti punya uang total $800,000. dan mesti punya pengalaman bisnis juga.

Investors

The Immigrant Investor Program seeks to attract experienced business people to invest C$400,000 into Canada’s economy. Investors must:

* show that they have business experience
* have a minimum net worth of C$800,000 that was obtained legally and
* make a C$400,000 investment.

Your investment is managed by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and is guaranteed by the Canadian provinces that use it to create jobs and help their economies grow.

CIC will return your C$400,000 investment, without interest, about five years and two months after payment.

Kalo program sekolah nya 4 tahun, bisa dapet Open Work Permit 3 tahun. tapi kalo program nya cuma 1 tahun, work permit nya cuma 1 tahun doang.

ini beda yah dari Work Permit selama sekolah soalnya ini lewat Post-Graduation Work Permit Program.

Nah, misalnya elo ambil program bachelor di University di Canada selama 4 tahun. Begitu lulus kan dapet tuh Open Work Permit selama 3 tahun.
