YU GI OH - Get Your Game On!
YU GI OH Trading Card Game – GET YOUR GAME ON!!!!!

YU GI OH - Get Your Game On! - Part 2

Tipe kartu:

[*]Kartu monster (monster card)

[*]Normal/Effect (kuning/orange)
[*]Fusion (ungu)
[*]Ritual (biru)
[*]Xyz (hitam)
[*]Synchro (putih)
[*]Token (abu2)

[*]Kartu sihir (spell card)

[*]Normal
[*]quick play
[*]continuous
[*]equip
[*]field
[*]Ritual

[*]Kartu jebakan (trap card)

Kelangkaan kartu Yu Gi Oh dibagi menjadi:

[*]FTK - First Turn Kill - dilakukan pada giliran kita
[*]OCG - Official Card Game (tulisan jepang)
[*]TCG - Trading Card Game (tulisan inggris)

RITUAL SUMMON
A Ritual Summon (Gishiki Shoukan 儀式召喚) is the act of Special Summoning a Ritual Monster that is conducted through the effect of a Ritual Spell Card. These Summons usually require Tributes greater than or equal to the Level of the monster being Summoned from your side of the field or your hand. However, some cards, such as End of the World require them to have the exact level requirement. With the effect of "Advanced Ritual Art" you can send Monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard instead of from your hand.

A Monster that was properly Ritual Summoned can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard unless otherwise dictated by the card's text.

During your Main Phase 1 or 2, when you have a Ritual Monster in your hand and its required Ritual Spell Card in your hand or face-down on the field and have another monster(s) on the field (face-up or face-down) or hand whose total Level is equal to the Level of that Ritual Monster as well as an an empty Monster Card Zone you can activate the Ritual Spell Card.

Send monsters from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard whose total Level is equal to the Level of the Ritual Monster listed on the Ritual Monster you wish to Ritual Summon. Monsters used in a Ritual Summon are treated as Tributes.

After sending the monsters from your side of the field to the Graveyard, you then place the Ritual Monster from your hand in face-up Attack Position or Defense Position on your side of the field.

FUSION SUMMON
A Fusion Summon (融合召喚 Yuugou Shoukan) is the act of Special Summoning a Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck using "Polymerization" or any other card effects which explicitly states that the Summon is a Fusion Summon.

To Fusion Summon using "Polymerization" you must have the Fusion Material Monsters listed on the Fusion Monster in your hand or on your side of the field, or a combination of both. You must then activate "Polymerization", select the Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, send the Fusion Materials to the Graveyard and Fusion Summon the monster to your side of the field.

For example, to Fusion Summon "Flame Swordsman" using "Polymerization" you must have "Flame Manipulator" and "Masaki the Legendary Swordsman" (the Fusion Materials) on either on your side of the field and/or in your hand. You then activate "Polymerization", select "Flame Swordsman" from your Extra Deck, send "Masaki the Legendary Swordsman" and "Flame Manipulator" to the Graveyard and Fusion Summon "Flame Swordsman".

If a monster is Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by a card effect it is not treated as a Fusion Summon, unless stated on the card. For example Special Summoning a monster from your Extra Deck using "Cyber-Stein" is not considered a Fusion Summon.

Normally, Fusion Monsters cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard or Removed from Play Zone unless they were properly Fusion Summoned before being sent. You cannot use "Re-Fusion" to revive a Fusion Monster that has been Special Summoned using "Cyber-Stein" or sent to the Graveyard by "Fusion Guard". Fusion Summoned Monsters can be revived using cards such as "Re-Fusion" unless stated otherwise.

SYNCHRO SUMMON
A Synchro Summon (シンクロ召喚 Shinkuro Shoukan) is the act of Special Summoning a Synchro Monster from the Extra Deck using a Tuner Monster with additional non-Tuner monsters.

During your Main Phase 1 or 2, when the total Level of a face-up Tuner Monster and 1 or more face-up Non-Tuner Monster(s) you control is equal to the Level of a Synchro Monster in your Extra Deck, you can perform a Synchro Summon. These Tuner Monster and the non-Tuner Monster(s) will be called the Synchro Material Monsters.

In order to Synchro Summon a Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck (under normal conditions), you must declare the action and send the Synchro Material Monsters to the Graveyard. After sending the monsters from your side of the field to the Graveyard, you then take the Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck and place it in face-up Attack Position or Defense Position on your side of the field.

In the anime, while Synchro Summoning, the Tuner monster is said to be tuned with the other monsters.

In the Japanese anime, before the Summon Chants for Synchro Summon, the duelist first calls out all the non-Tuner Monsters, from the lowest to the highest level, and then the chosen Tuner Monster. In the English dub, this is reversed with the Tuner Monster in the front, then the non-Tuner Monsters.

In the anime, many characters have chants for their Synchro Monsters, which they recite while Synchro Summoning them. Additionally, anime characters now have personalized backgrounds and other graphics for Synchro Summons (most noticeably Vizor). In the anime, while Synchro Summoning, the Tuner turns into a green ring or rings, corresponding to its level. The non-tuner monster turns into stars that correspond to its level, the stars line up with the rings, a beam of light crosses through the rings, and the Synchro monster comes out of the light beam. In some special styles of Synchro summons, the rings are colored differently or are completely redesigned; With Shooting Star Dragon, the rings are golden, with Red Nova Dragon, the rings are made of fire and form a sphere instead of lining up, etc.

XYZ SUMMON
An Xyz Summon (pronounced ik-seez[1], Ekushīzu Shōkan) is the Special Summon of an Xyz Monster from the Extra Deck. It is a new game mechanism introduced in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL.

Xyz Summons can be conducted when there are two or more monsters of the same Level on the field. Those monsters can be used as Xyz Materials to Summon an Xyz Monster whose Rank is the same as the Levels of the monsters used.

In order to Xyz Summon an Xyz Monster, you must first take the required Xyz Materials face-up on your side of the field and stack them together (called overlaying in the anime). Then, the Xyz Monster is Xyz Summoned from your Extra Deck, and placed on top of the stack.

Xyz Materials are not sent to the Graveyard. Instead, they are placed on the same Monster Card Zone beneath the Summoned Xyz Monster.

The respective Battle Positions of the Xyz Materials do not matter, so long as they are all face-up. However, once you have Xyz Summoned your Xyz Monster, ensure that the entire stack is neatly aligned in face-up attack position, regardless of whether or not the Xyz Monster is summoned in face-up ATK or DEF position.

An Xyz Summon is a type of Special Summon, and an Xyz Monster is a Special Summon-only monster.

Some effects may require you to remove Xyz Materials from an Xyz Monster. In this case, the required Xyz Materials are taken from beneath the Xyz Monster in question and sent to the Graveyard. This is known as detaching. Be wary though, as some such effects may have a downside if an Xyz Monster has no Xyz Materials left beneath it.

Note that an Xyz Monster Special Summoned via any means other than an Xyz Summon will not have any Xyz Materials beneath it. Therefore, any negative effects that might apply to an Xyz Monster in such a state will be applied immediately.

If an Xyz Monster is flipped face-down, the Xyz Materials beneath it are not sent to the Graveyard.

If a card that would banish cards sent to the graveyard (such as "Macro Cosmos" or "Banisher of the Radiance") is in effect, when an Xyz Monster is destroyed/removed from the field the Xyz Materials beneath it are banished. However if an effect that would banish a Monster(s) on the field (like "Dimensional Fissure") is activated, only the Xyz Monster will be affected. The Materials used will be sent to the Graveyard.

In OCG/TCG, Trap Monsters can be used as Xyz Materials, but not Token Monsters. You can't use Tokens because they are not physical cards you can pile under the Xyz Monster.

In the anime, when a "Number" Xyz Monster is Xyz Summoned, a galaxy-like gate appears in which the Xyz Materials (in a energy form) transfer into. The gate explodes, and a Numbers' sealed form appears and unveils itself into its artwork. When a non-Number Xyz monster is summoned, a red colored spiral portal is used instead. The Xyz Materials then turn into orbs of light which surround the Xyz monsters who absorbs them when the player detaches them. This idea of a galaxy is derived from Konami`s statement of the Xyz monsters coming into our universe through a black hole.

Similar to how players say that they "Release", "Fuse", or "Tune" their monsters to perform a Tribute, Fusion, or Synchro Summon, players would state that they "Stack"/"Overlay" their selected monsters to perform an Xyz Summon.
