make a presentation (gathering) class, each gathering has to discuss a certain topic which is prepared by the one of the members. the topic is free but it MUST be interesting, otherwise the the discussion will go sour... after wards prepare a asking and answering question...

What about playing game? Slowly you will know the meaning of some word.. That very usable for me..haha.. Can we make a group ' KASKUS ENGLISH MAILING LIST" ? haha..just opinion..

I've got a same problem with this thing.I don't know why, if someone talk in english to me, I just can't answer it.It's realy hard to get the best answer althought I can get the point of conversations.

if you ask me my answer will be :
1. chat : you can chat by talking even chat online, it helps you think of the things you want to say faster.....
2. watch english movies, try to understand what were they saying and how do they say it....
3. listen to some awesome english songs.... learn to understand what the lyrics mean, learn to sing the song so you would know how to say it correctly...

I recommend try to talk using English everyday, especially talking to someone who's very good at English will help you correct your mistakes when you're talking to him / her, if you have a friend like that, then... why not ?

maybe I suggest you should take any conversation class, it helps me a lot and I think its worth the money.
and maybe my unique advice is try to read and keep repeating each sentence English books LOUDER like you're speaking
