There are a lot of from the U.S.A., Canada (for drill your northern American listening-speaking) , or from British and Commonwealth(Australia especially). You know that British-Commonwealth English is harder to listen than American "crunchy" accent. But you must listen to both of them for wider English knowledges

this forum is good for us to exercise our english ability to write what in our brain.. hehe

try to turn on movie or radio or mp3 which speak in English while you sleep or do activities.
Why?
do you know how you know speak Indonesia when you're child?
because you hear it often. so do like that.
Make it natural...

My friend, I have 1 suggestion for you and I practiced this and done well, you should looking for 1 pen-pal from other countries which English as vehicle, like for example you can look an Australian guys, then you can start correspondence with any emails or mails. good luck

Dear saiya,, you can use not only in the official club to improve your speaking, try to use YM or SKYPE by looking for any pen-pals from other countries and you can start talk by YM or SKYPE freely, hope works

i think it simple dude,my way is, yeah you know,when you have a case or a problem, you can or cant, you must be, the problem solver, right ?
so, i try to explain it with english,til its solved, and well, by the time you fluent,and fluent..,and try talking with a mirror
for guide (like how to made sentence or spelling a word) try to watching movie without Subtitle (effective ! ) or listening to rap music, why ?
cause the rap music is not "ear catching" so you need to playback the music when rapper singing fast.. haha..

This comes from my own experience. If you have a hobby of reading comic. Try to read the English one. There are many websites out there that provide you with today's comic, manga, manhwa etc.., with thousand of popular and 'up to date' titles, you name it. They are also free to download, or you can just read online.

Which is i think very good for you guys to learn the 'real' english conversation. You can learn what terms and phrases people usually use in a conversation to describe feelings, conditions, objects, or somethings. Using these words in a conversation will make you look more natural, friendly and less formal instead of a 'talking textbook' or a robot.
Like Bahasa Indonesia and any other languages, there is a huge difference between using english in speaking and english in text. You know what i mean?
