maksudnya thread ini dijadiin thread yg khusus bahas workout at home , body weight, dsb.. gitu kali

saya dulu juga banyak latihan di rumah, kebanyakan dgn menggunakan body weight disamping pake dumbell & macam2 barang yg ada di rumah. Bahkan sampe sekarangpun meskipun sudah ikut gym tetap pake latihan ini utk variasi.

pola latihan yg biasanya saya pakai :
dada
- push up dgn variasinya spt hindu , elevated, diamond , tiger , clapping, dll...
punggung
- pastinya pull up dgn variasi wide grip , reverse, dll
kaki
- squats ( wide , overhead , dll)
- lunges (walking , side )
abdominal & oblique
- crunch , side crunch , reverse crunch
trisep
- dip
bisep
- dumbell curl, hammer curl

tambah dgn beberapa latihan plyometri + cardio

Beda Brur hasil dan Achivementnya antara Calisthenic dan Weight Lifting, biasanya Calisthenic di pakai orang2 buat warm up/ hukuman doang, tapi ada beberapa orang yang serius dalam bidang calisthenic sampai bisa melakukan gerakan calisthenic yang advance seperti One arm Push up, One arm Pull up/ chin Up, One Leg Squat, Handstand Push Up, bahkan One Handstand push up hammer:hammer.....

coba googling2 deh tentang calisthenic x Weight Lifting, disitu ada penjelasannya....

Bayangkan kalo ada orang yang bisa fokus di keduanya (agan2 tau kan apa yang di maksud "Focus") pasti tuh orang bakal jadi "Super Human" banget...
