dari peki 1 ampe sini semua ngebahas gainer dari produsen,
kalo ane mau tanya tentang homemade gainer, jujur, belum pernah cobain dan belum tahu komposisi yang tepat buat badan ane, jadi belum bisa diitung2 jatuhnya murah yang mana.

kira-kira senior ada yang bisa bantu share ?

agak gak ngerti apa yang mau dishare..se
moga nyambung, saya pernah bikin gainer sendiri.
whey+ oat + pop ice strawberry + gula + susu kental manis putih+ putih telur rebus.. \)

ok, sebelum membahas komposisi gainer yg "tepat" buat badan anda coba sekarang sharing dulu kebutuhan kalori harianmu berapa, udah tercover berapa kalori dari makanan sehari2, dan sekarang butuh berapa kalori tambahan buat ngejar target kalori harian tsb.

like you said...ini semua demi komposisi yg tepat buat badan ente.

soalnya kan ad gainer yg hi protein,low fat seperti on pro complex gainer,dym hi protein mega gainer & ad yg seimbang carb,protein,fat & calori seperti bsn truemass d antara ke 2 tipe tersebut yg mna yg lebih bagus?

sama klo org bulking apa harus menggunakan gainer?

High Calorie Weight Gainers
Need A Protein Shake For Bulking Up?

If you are one of those people who just can't gain weight, try a weight gainer to add extra calories to your daily diet. Hardgainers that we have talked to were shocked when they finally started to gain muscle fast.

I'd like to take a look at some of the qualities that a weight gainer should have and some of the popular types of gainers so you can make an informed decision before you spend your money.

Back in the day, weight gainers used to be fairly cheap protein powders loaded with sugar and fat to up the calorie content. The serving size would be something like 128 oz. and the serving would contain 3000 calories. Not exactly a practical serving size, and all that sugar kind of went against the idea of eating clean. Plus, the quality of the protein in the gainer was usually poor. Although many gainers like this still remain on the market, fortunately, the supplement industry has come a long way.

The quality of a protein is determined by how well your body can use it, a factor termed "biological value", or BV for short. Basically, it refers to how well and how fast your body actually gets and uses the protein. So a whey protein like whey isolate (BV 159) is the most readily absorbed, while a milk protein like casein (BV 77) is absorbed less readily and is said to be of less quality. Now, sometimes it's good to eat lower BV rated proteins because you want to absorb it slowly, like before you go to bed. But generally, you want protein with a higher BV rating.

Another thing to consider is how much sugar is contained in the gainer. Excess amounts of sugar have been shown to give an insulin spike, as well as increase levels of seratonin. This has been shown to give most people a feeling of drowsiness, irritability, and headaches. This doesn't affect everyone, but some people are more sensitive than others. Plus, the insulin spike sets your body to storing fat. Look at the nutrition label on the gainer, and see how much sugar it contains, listed under the carbohydrates. Somewhere in the 30-60 gram range is pretty good.

This brings up the question of what you want in the carb/protein/fat ratio. You need carbs to help protein absorption, and you know you need the protein. Fats are definitely your friends in a gainer (though not saturated fat), as they seriously up the calorie content. A general rule of thumb is twice as much protein as fat, and twice as many carbs as protein.

jd kalo ada yg nanya di page sebelumnya,, minum gainer jd ngantuk?? emg bs karna lonjakan insulin karna gula emg bs bikin ngantuk,pusing dll tp efek nya ke tiap org berbeda...

cari gainer jgn cm bandingin calori n sugar semata, itu ga mutlak pasti bagus, tp cari tau jg ttg kualitas dari susu merk tersebut (misal ada merk AL* MA* yg berani menjamin 100% produk susu di dapet dr newzealand n canada bukan dr sumber lain) lalu review para pemakai(bs di liat mgkn dari review para pemakai di forum luar atau minimal di bodybuilding.com, tambahan2 komposisi lain yg menjadi keunggulan tiap produk jg beda2 (misal keluaran muscleT**h yg komposisi nya jg banyak tambahan2 ny yg menjadi rahasia merk itu ) dll...

target nya sih 75kg lebih gan..

sori...setahu gw BV itu masalah seberapa mampu sumber protein dicerna dan diserap tubuh dan bukan masalah seberapa cepat/lambat proses cernanya.
semakin tinggi BV berarti semakin besar kemungkinan sumber protein tsb dicerna dan diserap secara efektif oleh tubuh, gak ada sangkutannya dengan waktu cerna.

or am i wrong....bingungs

berat saya 60, tinggi 168. mau nambah massa otot cocok ga yah pake gainer apa mendingan whey protein? ud 10 bln fitness tp bdn ga gde? malah ktnya terumasuk kurus.

22nya bagus tergantung kebutuhan..
yang jadi pertanyaan adalah dietnya udah bener atau belum..

beda nya weight gainer sama whey protein tuh apa yah?? ane skrg lg make whey protein dr bsn shynta 6 n kaya nya ane salah beli harus nya beli gainer nya.. cd whey ane dah mau abis n ada rencana beli true mass dr bsn.. ada review gak ttg product satu ini??
