Err... the language is referring to the level. It's one unit. Language Level.
Don't read it as English Language / Level, but English / Language Level

/ = pause

Here are my answers. I only got level 7, then again I have never been very good in grammars.
25.He was able to escape from the police. (not sure about this one)
30.100 competitors had entered for the race. (not sure either)
34...suitcase like mine... (you can't use similar than, similar must be followed with to, so it should've been similar to, but there was no answer for that, like would be the most suitable)
38.I think it's compresses. Condense seems to suggest that the substance is in liquid or gas state.
40.I also think calling off is the answer. Calling out means that you challenge someone to an event. Running down means that to chase something doggedly. Running out means that something is almost depleted.

Level 7 here D

I have a feeling there's no such thing as Level 8 p

I have to admit I don't know the correct answer to #38.

Spoiler for my answer was

Contracts.

And I could be wrong, but what da hey, it was fun. D

The answer to #40,

Spoiler for answer no 40

it should be "running down" as it also means to say bad things about someone/something. Calling off simply means to cancel/withdraw/recall.

*Edit*

Retook the test and I finally got level 8 hammer: I made a mistake on that one question with beautiful clothes. ^^

By simply retaking? D

Do you still remember all of your answers? Retake the quiz but this time try to spend some time to read each question and all of the options. You'll realize that some are a bit tricky, something that you probably weren't aware of at first. However, if you analyze each option and eliminate the ones that you think are a bit odd or out of place, then you'll find the correct answer.

the answer to beautiful clothes is "such", right? since it's plural, you can't say "such a beautiful clothes".

i've tried changing the answers, but still stuck on level 7 \(
