how we translate word from indonesian to english correctly??

for example "Penjualan Mobil September Merangkak Naik"

must we translate word by word or we can translate it the point of word??

i'm sorry if my grammar is not good, because i'm still learning english

just translate it tho the point. if you just use it for conversation, the grammer doesn't matter at all as long as the receiver can understand what you mean..that's my opinion.D
