it really depends on your aim at taking toefl test.. If you face toefl test just to pass it as it is a compulsory from your department, you may get 500 above by having a 4 to 5 day preparation. But If your aim is to possess english as your second language to communicate, of course a 4 to 5 day preparation will not be enough. So it really depends on you, but I do believe you can pass 500. What you have to do is studying your choosen book a lot, the a good score will be in your hand. \)

Your 'belief' is correct ;) thanks for the suggestion...

TOEFL has a pattern that once you mastered, picking up the right options will be easy. I would say 5-6 days would be enough to get familiar with this pattern and polish your writing and listening skill. That been said, good luck

It depends on your current English skills actually, i could and have got around 570-580 TOEFL prediction score without any preparations :P

Just believe in yourself, learn by doing simulations, read more English literature and you'll be doing okay D

I'm not sure but you can!
It depends on your English skills.
Like my cousin, he didn't do any preparation but he got 112 on his TOEFL IBT.
It's almost same as 645 on PBT.
Btw, why do you take TOEFL PBT?
You should read Kaplan books.

Btw, why do you take TOEFL PBT? You should read Kaplan books.
Most universities in USA don't accept it anymore.
IBT is the new one.

I didnt take TOEFL PBT as there is no TOEFL PBT in Indonesia...
What I took was TOEFL ITP...

Yes I also did TOEFL iBT as well \)
I read many iBT books including Kaplan as you suggested...

anyway thank you for your attention and suggestion... \)

As i know only TOEFL PBT has score over 400.
I took IBT not PBT or IPT.
I got 102 on my test.
In addition, TOEFL PBT is easier than IBT.
IBT is the hardest TOEFL. SAT is harder.
Try SAT and you'll see! How hard it is!

About my cousin, it was not surprising.
Actually, he studied at Raffles Junior College in Singapore.
It's top 20 high school in the world.
Really harsh! SMAN 8 Jakarta and SMAK 1 PENABUR are much easier.

Your score is indeed awesome \)
Why did you take TOEFL iBT? Is it because your parent ask for it?

the key is:whatever you do, just try to stay calm all the time..let all the burden and fear out of your mind..

the first time i took TOEFL (about 6 yrs ago) i didn't know a thing about TOEFL
and i didn't study or prepare myself at all..at that time i got nothing to lose..and thank God i passed..

learning from my friends' experience, when they are worried about the score, most of them failed, but when they got nothing to lose, the passed

your reference, i save in my mind...good...D

in literature ,, TOEFL // score is 550 hammer: to graduate
