coriander really bring up this dish. garlic n rosemary as a background of flavour really give another layer and it was brought up together by a brown sugar.
coriander, paprika, garlic, rosemary, brown sugar, salt n pepper.
perbandingannya, 1:4:2:2:5
jadi caranya:
1. lumuri daging sama rempah2 bubuk
2. kulkas, 6 jam min.
3. masak di oven 150 C, 2 jem
4. lumuri sauce BBQ
5. oven ato panggang 10 min high heat (200 C)

looks juicy, gan. mau tanya bau rosemary'nya ga overpower yg laen2nya? yg menarik pake coriander, soalnya biasanya pake thyme. thumbs up buat racikannya, bisa dicoba next time.
