for u thriller heads,
try getting ur hands into books by below authors as I have read and enjoyed them:
-James >Patterson-early Alex Cross series, nice twists and great plot...the newer ones are too light and cheesy..Beach Club and Midnight Club are also well-written
-Daniel >Silva-it might offend the Muslims as the series is about an Israeli secret service agent who always got into a scuffle with the Palestinians or the Al-Qaeda's..if u don't have anything against it,go for 'em
-John >Connoly-Charlie Parker series, its rare to find a Western author who can mix supernatural world with a PI who have contract killer gay couple as close friends
-John Burdett

i've read many more but on top of my head the above authors are the ones i remember

share me your list \)
cheers

I recently finished reading Smoking Seventeen by Janet Evanovich. Stephanie Plum continues to be amusing as always. Her car did not blow up this time.

Books like novels or short stories that I've read:
- Difficult People
- The Monkey's Paw
- Tell Tale Heart >-- I don't really like this one.
I finished a novel by J.D. Salinger called "The Catcher in the Rye" just now. But currently and forcedly have to read this book called "The Great Gatsby" to be honest, I don't really like it, though. I actually like a book that questions me and contains deep meaning through the story, if you know what I mean.

What about you? What books that you've read? Any recommendations of books for me to read after I finish “The Great Gatsby”?
(p.s. Please share the English books only)

hey, pal.. have you read "scarlet letter" by nathaniel hawthorne. the novel is worth to read. such a rebellious but surely it is happening in present. especially for women nowadays..
